Key milestones since graduation?
"I emailed some pretty obscure people for job opps, advice, and further contacts. I got weird with it, but in a good way, and met a lot of people who are pretty interesting. However, at the end of the day I got my job at Amazon through a faceless online resume drop with an average GPA, SAT score, and no real ‘big name’ internships. Do things that make you eager to speak about them to others. Go to your major department and ask what cool things are available to get involved in. You'd be surprised how little you need to know to work on some significant projects, and those CC experiences may be all you need to prove your passion and value to a ‘dream’ future employer.'"
"Solving problems that make people's lives easier; working everyday like it's a passionate, meaningful hobby; and participating in philanthropic efforts to make technology more accessible to everyone."
Benefits of your CC experience?
"Good companies are usually project based and want you to be dedicated to deep, thoughtful immersion in any task, and that right there is what we do at CC everyday from 9 to noon and beyond."
