The programs are open to high school seniors only. To apply for this program, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Self-identify as a student of color
  • Eligible for the Pell Grant
  • Qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch

Why apply?

These free programs are designed to provide you an inside look into both the intellectual and student life at Colorado College. Over the course of your time at CC, you will have the chance to:

  • Take a campus tour
  • Experience the Block Plan
  • Stay overnight on campus
  • Interview
  • Participate in Financial Aid and Common Application workshops

Travel Grant

Once accepted to the program, you will receive information regarding registration, flight information, and ground transportation reimbursements (if you’re driving).

In order to complete your application, your counselor will need to submit the following items. (Once you've applied, you will receive further instructions.)

  1. An official transcript
  2. Any one of these official test scores (SAT/ACT/AP/IB/SAT Subject/IELTS/TOEFL)
  3. School profile (if available)
  4. Letter of Recommendation (Counselor or Teacher)
