TSC307 Behavioral Neurotoxicology Lab
The Behavioral Neurotoxicology Lab is a wet lab area equipped with six workbenches and five PC workstations. Students may work in this area with neuroanatomy slides, software, texts, as well as with plastinated brains and wet-brain sections. The laboratory is outfitted with automated equipment designed for the assessment of cognitive functioning in rodents. The lab is also a fully equipped "Smart" classroom (data projector, whiteboards, VCR/DVD player, audio system) used most often for courses associated with the study of Neuroscience.
TSC313 Quantitative Neuromorphology Lab*
The Quantitative Neuromorphology Lab is a wet lab area equipped with six workbenches and 3 Mac workstations. Students may work in this area with neuroanatomy slides, software, texts, as well as with plastinated brains and wet-brain sections. The lab is also a fully equipped "Smart" classroom (data projector, whiteboards, VCR/DVD player, audio system) used most often for courses associated with the study of Neuroscience.

The Neuromorphology Lab also contains the imaging room equipped with one Mac and one PC workstation, Neurolucida 3D imaging software, and joystick-enabled microscope with camera attachment linked to the PC workstation.
TSC312 Research Design Lab*
The Research Design Classroom-Laboratory is the primary teaching lab in the department. It is a "Smart" classroom (data projector, whiteboards, VCR/DVD player, audio system) equipped with 17 PC workstations loaded with SPSS/PASW, EPrime, and other specialized software. PY202 Research Design, a two-block statistics and methodology course in which students conduct an empirical research project is taught exclusively in this room. When not in use for PY202 this room is an all-purpose research computing lab for the department.

TSC324A Cognition/Perception Lab
The Cognition/Perception teaching-computing laboratory is equipped with 11 PC workstations loaded with SPSS/PASW, EPrime, MEL Lab, and other specialized software for conducting cognitive and perceptual experiments. This lab is used for teaching and for assignments relating to courses PY411 Remembering, PY344 Cognition, and PY332 Learning & Adaptive Behavior. When not in use by these courses the lab is an all purpose research computing lab for the department and is shared with the Feminist & Gender Studies Program (FGS).
TSC311 Thesis Office Laboratory
The Thesis Office Laboratory is an office workspace divided into 12 carrels each equipped with a PC workstation and lateral filing draws. The room also contains a network printer, mini-refrigerator, microwave, and two easy chairs. Space in this room is assigned to Psychology and Neuroscience students who are conducting Senior Thesis Research Projects. (Every Psychology major must conduct a Senior Thesis while for Neuroscience majors the thesis is optional.)
TSC216 Social/Development Laboratory Suite
The Social/Development Lab is a suite of four rooms with a reception area and restroom with child-size-appropriate amenities. (Adult restroom is a located a few feet away through the hallway.) TSC216C is organized as a video viewing and editing room and TSC216E is an office designed for administering psychological tests. TSC216B and 216D are general purpose spaces that can be used as free play areas or for administering research participants through study protocols. Each of the rooms is equipped with a PC workstation and each has at least one two way mirror that can be used for unobtrusive naturalistic observation.
