Chris Wu

Paraprofessional Chris Wu outside

As the Paraprofessional, Chris works with faculty and staff members in the Art Department to support teaching and student learning in both art studio and history courses.  The duties of the Paraprofessional include mentorship, overseeing and publicizing exhibitions, and preparing classrooms.

Chris Wu graduated from Colorado College in 2016 with a major in Studio Art and minor in Asian Studies.  After returning to Washington D.C., he helped coordinate a non-profit organization, called ILF, which promotes the civic awareness of Asian Americans.  In the fall, Chris was selected into the last White House Internship class under President Obama, assisting the Office of Calligraphy as well as the Social Office.  Chris is grateful to be surrounded again by the bright and creative minds of the Colorado College Art Department and hopes to contribute new ideas to the community.
