PH301 – 20th Century Analytic Philosophy

History of 20th Century Analytic Philosophy. A study of the Anglo-American tradition that involves careful attention to logic, language, and analysis of concepts. Philosophers covered include Frege, Russell, Wittgenstein, Ayer, Carnap, Austin, Quine, and Davidson. (Not offered 2019-20).

Prerequisite: Philosophy 201.
