GS125 – The College Experience

An examination of the problems of moral, psychological, and social development in college life. A discussion of the kinds of development needed during the college years for the self to move from adolescence to adulthood. Readings will be from authors such as Allan Bloom, Erik Erikson, Lawrence Kohlberg, Heinz Kohut, George Vaillant, and David Norton.) (Not offered 2017-18).
