Through the examination of various forms of media such as writing, film and music, explores major elements of the cultures of German-speaking countries from Romanticism to the present. Taught in English. Can be taken as a single block course but must be taken with GR120 to fulfill the West in Time requirement. Meets the Critical Perspectives: The West in Time requirement.
