
FG216 – Gender & Science
The course will consider the scientific description of women at various historical periods and its impact on the social experiences of women. We will explore the lives and work on individual women scientists and assess their contribution to science. We will examine the current feminist critiques of science. Meets the Critical Perspectives: Social Inequality requirement.
