This class focuses on developing a holistic understanding of transdisciplinary environmental issues through study of an integral meta-theoretical framework. Student learn to design and propose potential thesis projects by evaluating transdisciplinary environmental issues through phenomenological, empirical, and systems-based inquiry, and assess the relative merits of post-positivist, constructivist, and critical perspectives. (Not offered 2019-20).
Prerequisite: ED225/EV265: Foundations of Environmental Education.
