Some call this area Old Town and it features several classic structures that are used mostly for residential life.  (38) McGregor – 1903 is an upper-class, co-ed dorm, and you can see (46) Montgomery – 1889, a small all-female house, and (45) Ticknor – 1898, a 24-hour quiet theme house, up on the hill.  (37) Bemis – 1908 is an all-female dorm that first-years can live in and is connected to Taylor Theater, our student-run black-box theater.  Students in our Theater Workshop write, direct and produce plays here. Taylor is also home of CC's film-making program, with a new editing lab and stage-building shop. Bemis features a classic lounge and the Great Hall, a beautiful multi-purpose room.
