| THE COLORADO COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES |
The Board of Trustees met November 5-7, 2009 and conducted the following business.
Voted to approve:
- A resolution to fix the rate on all of the variable rate bonds.
- A resolution for the college to follow the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act (UPMIFA).
- The adjusted 2009-10 budget.
- Adding a young alumni trustee to the Board.
The Board also participated in the William Jackson Palmer Society induction ceremony; spent an evening with donors, faculty and students involved in the Venture Grant program; visited various departments, groups, and exhibits on campus; and dined with the Faculty Leadership Seminar and 2009 CC Leadership Academy participants. |
