President's Office Staff - Colorado College

Beth Brooks

As advisor to President Richard Celeste, Beth is responsible for policy formation, presidential staff and budget oversight, writing for the president, advising and managing the Board of Trustees, acting as liaison to various campus and external constituencies, and other duties. She has held this position since 1999. Beth served previously as director of major gifts and associate director of alumni relations at Colorado College and is a CC alumna.

Pam Buick

Pam’s main responsibilities include arranging and keeping the president’s schedule of appointments, coordinating his travel arrangements, managing incoming mail and correspondence, overseeing office file systems and budgets, and coordinating senior staff and non-exempt staff meetings and retreats.

Pam has worked at CC since June 1988. She was assistant to the Vice President for Advancement before joining the President's Office staff in 1995.

Linda serves as the assistant to the director of the president’s office and works closely with the Board of Trustees, coordinating their campus meetings and retreats, disseminating information to and from the board, and maintaining historical files.

Linda has worked at CC since July 1997. She is a graduate of Washington State University.

Kim Peterson

Kimmy was the Catering Director for Sodexho, the college's food service provider, from 1999-2006. She then worked for two years at a local, woman/minority-owned catering business in Colorado Springs. She rejoined the CC family in May 2008.
