2008 CC Sustainability Award

The CC Sustainability Awards annually recognize contributions CC individuals make to the campus, local, regional, or global environment. Examples include the development of a campus environmental initiative, publication of independent research or literature related to the environment, or rehabilitation of impacted wildlife habitat. These cash awards, one to each of the categories below, recognize the accomplishments of a current:

  • CC Student
  • Staff Member
  • Faculty Member

Funding is generously provided by the Mike Slade Sustainable Development Fund. Awards will be presented on an Earth Day (April 26), and decisions on awards are made by the CC Campus Sustainability Council.

Nominations are now OPEN for the 2008 Sustainability Award! The nomination deadline is April 18th, 2008. All nominations must be submitted by this date for consideration.
