Probability and Statistics
Block A: June 8 - June 26
1 CC unit (4 semester hours). Fulfills the Critical Perspectives: Scientific Investigations of the Natural World requirement at Colorado College. One natural sciences credit.

Classroom assignment: Tutt 221

This course serves as an introduction to the ideas of probability, including counting techniques, random variabilities, and distributions. Elementary parametric and non-parametric statistical tests with examples drawn from the social sciences and life sciences area also examined. Not recommended for mathematics majors.

Prerequisites: None. Enrollment limited to 25 students. A non-refundable $100 course deposit is required to enroll in this course. The deposit will be put toward your final tuition payment.
