PC 101 1310 Classroom assignment: Olin 270 By focusing on how energy continually changes form, this course helps people with little or no background in the physical sciences to understand everyday phenomena, such as electricity, sound (including the production of musical sounds), light, heat, motion, and more. Students will understand the differences between energy and force and momentum, and will appreciate the physical limitations on efficiency, on human motion, and on the consequences of collisions. Prerequisites: None. Enrollment is limited to 16 students. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required upon enrollment for this course. The deposit will go toward your final tuition payment.
