Mission Statement

As the 2009-10 Colorado College Student Government Association, we commit ourselves to representing the students of The Colorado College by proactively addressing their concerns and supporting their endeavors. Acting as a constructive resource for the student body, we will:

• Be an active resource to student groups. Specifically, we will provide information about how to efficiently operate in cooperation with the administration, CCSGA, other student groups, and the student body

• Support and encourage specific sustainable efforts on
campus and strive to be sustainable in our own business

• Promote a safe and comfortable on-campus community
that values diversity and respects every individual

• Foster a sense of unity and school pride among
the student body, faculty, staff, and administration

• Act as a liaison to cultivate healthy relationships between
the student body and the surrounding Colorado Springs community

• Operate with transparency by holding open meetings,
actively advertising meeting times and office hours,
and posting meeting minutes on the CCSGA website
