• Description of the program or event for which you are requesting funding

• Explanation of why this funding is an appropriate source for your request (how does your request develop, support, or advance community service leadership?)

• Outline of the budget for the program or event

• Amount of funding requested

• Documentation of additional funding sources, if any (multiple funding sources are encouraged for large requests.)

• Discussion of how you plan to share what you have learned about leadership
  with the larger Colorado College community. This may be finalized
  after the event, but a tentative planning meeting with the Center Director
  should be scheduled.
