Office of the Dean
The Office of the Dean pages offer administrative contact
data, materials for new and visiting faculty, faculty and
advising handbooks and other resources.
Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar is where you can obtain information
about your academic progress at CC. You can get advice and
information concerning the following: academic advisor changes,
Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB)
credit.
Financial Aid Office
The Financial Aid Office determines student elegibility for
financial aid, administers federal programs regulated by the
Department of Education, coordinates on-campus jobs and most
institutional scholarships.
Residential
Life
Please explore, learn, and enjoy! The Department of Residential
Life and Housing at Colorado College has the function of providing
a positive residential environment conducive to learning and
growth. To accomplish this, the department has responsibility
for maintenance and operation of the physical facilities of
the on-campus, residential communities as well as a commitment
to student services and educational programming.
Office of Campus Activities
The functions of the Campus Activities office include advising
the Leisure Programs, national Greek associations, student
organizations, and the Colorado College Campus Association
(CCCA); implementing leadership programs; facilitating the
student organization registration process; and administering
the Extra-Curricular Record and the Ritt Kellogg Fund.
Business & Finance Office
This division of the college oversees: Business and Auxiliary Services, Budget Office, Controller's Office, Department of Facilities, Endowments/Treasury, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Purchasing Department, Residential Life.
