STAFF EVALUATIONS

Chairs fill out an annual evaluation for each of their staff members, usually due in March . These are shared with the staff members and used in conjunction with the budget process to determine salaries. Chairs must recommend the level of raise for each staff member, staying within the limits set by the college.
