I have interests in youth development (specifically mentoring), in environmental stewardship, in community development and in leadership.

Why have you chosen to work in or support the nonprofit sector?

As soon as I graduated from CC, I joined the El Pomar Fellowship and quickly became exposed to the philanthropic sector and realized the incredible importance it plays in allowing our society to operate effectively. I have been fortunate to work with many organizations and foundations throughout Colorado and to know the amazing work that they are doing for our communities.

What’s your favorite book or movie?

Too many to choose from, but The Big Lebowski has to be up there and Man’s Search for Meaning is a definite must read.
