CC students Rory Curtin, Alexis Hernandez, Margaret Dillon, Sarah Hamilton, and Molly Snell traveled to Mumias, Kenya, for a six-week GlobeMed-sponsored internship during the summer. The students worked with the Western Organization of People Living with HIV/AIDS, a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of people living with HIV/AIDS by providing income-generation projects, reproductive health classes, and youth clubs. The CC bookstore donated Colorado College T-shirts for the students to distribute.
