4 NOVEMBER 2010

Jack Goldstone, distinguished professor of public policy at George Mason University, will lecture on global population trends and their significance. Gates Commons, 7 p.m.

 

DELIBERATION WORKSHOP, 5 NOVEMBER 2010

Professor Goldstone will moderate a Phi Beta Kappa - Crown Faculty Center Deliberation Workshop on a topic to be announced, Friday, 6 November 2010, 1-3:30 p.m., Max Kade Theatre, Armstrong Hall.

 

SPRING 2011 EVENTS

The chapter expects to sponsor a lecture and workshop in the spring -- details to be announced.

 

HONORS CONVOCATION, 10 MAY 2011

The election of students to membership in Phi Beta Kappa will be announced at the 2011 Academic Honors Convocation.

 

2011 INDUCTION CEREMONY AND RECEPTION , 21 MAY 2011

Time: 4 - 6 p.m.
Location: Gates Commons
Palmer Hall, Third Floor

The faculty members of Phi Beta Kappa will gather, with colleagues and with friends and family of honored students, to induct the students elected in 2011 to membership in the Beta of Colorado Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa.  Attendance by invitation only with an RSVP and paid membership fee.
