Room Reservation Request form

Please use the calendar below to check the availability of your desired venue. Read the Campus Event Accessibility Guide, fill out the Request to Serve Alcohol form if your event is planning to serve alcohol, and the AV and Facilities Event Planning Guide, then then fill out the form below the calendar.

Reservations are processed on a first come-first served basis. Please submit your request a minimum of 10 working days in advance of your event to ensure appropriate event support.
