The Student Cultural Center, located just two doors down from the Glass House in the East Campus Activities Quad, is managed by the Office of Minority and International Students. The SCC provides space for student group meetings and activities, academic classes, lectures, targeted population programs, tutoring and study sessions, recreational enjoyment, and a variety of other campus events. The SCC is open to ALL students, staff, and faculty on campus.
Open Study Hours Open study hours at the SCC are Sunday-Thursday, 4:00-10:00 p.m. Anyone is welcome to come in and study, relax, watch TV, meet with friends, utilize resources for research in the Reading Room, or cook a meal! There is also a Pie and Ice Cream Study Break the fourth week of each block for students. Reservations To reserve the Student Cultural Center for events or activities, please leave a message on the SCC reservation line at 389-7947. Someone will be in contact with your group regarding availability and logistical information. |
