Summer Session 2013 Schedule
High school students take classes with Colorado College undergraduates and can choose from courses offered in a variety of disciplines.
One distinctive feature of Colorado College is our calendar format, which is known as the Block Plan. Students take one class per block, generally from 9am to noon on weekdays (although class times vary by subject and instructor). Science courses often include afternoon labs or field study.
2013 Block dates:
Block A: Thursday, May 23 - Friday, June 14
Block B: Monday, June 17 – Tuesday, July 9
Block C: Thursday, July 11 – Friday, August 2
Some summer courses have unique dates. Since most high schools are still in session at the end of May, high school programs are not offered in undergraduate summer session Block A. However, if you are able to start class on May 23 and do not need on-campus housing, you are welcome to apply for a Block A course.
