Laundry Amenities
Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in many of the residential buildings.
If your apartment building does not have laundry facilities, come to the Residential Life and Housing Office located on the first floor of Bemis Hall (920 N. Cascade Avenue), and we will give you Gold Card access to student laundry facilities.
To obtain a Gold Card, visit the Gold Card office on the second floor of Armstrong Hall (14 E. Cache La Poudre) between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. 

Pet Policy 
Small dogs and cats are allowed in a few apartment buildings with a deposit:
For blockly visitors A $250.00 deposit, of which $50.00 is non-refundable 
For yearly tenants  A$300.00 deposit, of which $100.00 is non-refundable 

A tenant is limited to two pets.
We do provide some faculty apartment buildings that are pet-free.   

Colorado College requires a parking permit for anyone parking on campus. If you are driving a car to campus, please visit one of the two Campus Safety locations listed below, to pick up a parking tag for your vehicle. The permit charge is by day, block, or year. Contact the Campus Safety Office at 719-389-6707 for additional information.

Your apartment keys can be picked up at the Bemis Desk (920 N. Cascade). The Bemis Desk is open 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm.  If your arrival time is after hours, contact Residential Life and Housing in advance, and we will put your keys in the Campus Safety Office at 1124 N. Cascade Avenue in the Edith Gaylord House. They are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If requested, we can provide you with an extra set of keys. If you are locked out of your apartment, come to the Bemis desk for assistance. Return your keys to the Bemis Desk at your departure.

Mail Service
1131 N. Cascade Avenue            The mail is delivered into boxes in the foyer.
1140, 1144 and 1148 N. Cascade Avenue                                The mail is delivered into a free standing mail stand in front of 1144 N. Cascade Avenue. Although there is a small box for packages in the mail stand, we encourage tenants to have packages delivered to their departments.
Please report any irregularities in your apartment to Residential Life and Housing at ext. 6205 during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays). For after hour concerns, notify Campus Safety, and they will contact the on call maintenance staff to assist you.
We encourage our yearly tenants to have rental insurance for their personal items. Colorado College is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
We do not provide tenant storage at Colorado College.
