The Colorado College offers visiting faculty and new staff several housing benefits in addition to close proximity to the campus. Each apartment comes completely furnished, and we do NOT remove any furniture from the apartments. Furnishings include all furniture, kitchen items (dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans) and linens (2 sets of bed linens, bath towels and kitchen cloths). The rent also includes all utilities. Telephone service is included for local calls, and voice mail is provided. Contact the IT Help Desk at 719-389-6449 for long distance service. Each apartment is provided with basic cablevision connections. To expand the cable service beyond the basic service, contact Comcast at 1-800-266-2278. In most instances, the apartments have ethernet connections (hardwire or wireless). Trash dumpsters are located near the apartments.
