All admitted students eligible to receive VA Education Benefits must submit a copy of their Certificate of Eligibility and their VA file number to the Certifying Official in the Registrar's Office. Once received, a VA file will be created and enrollment verification will be submitted to the VA. Enrollment verifications are submitted to the VA before each semester, in August, January and June.
All V.A. students are responsible for notifying the Certifying Official when courses are dropped or if you are withdrawing from the college. The V.A. requires that students must declare a major before they begin their junior year.
The V.A. currently caps benefits at $18,077 per year for private colleges.
At this time, 2012, Colorado College does not participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program.
