You must obtain your Student Preregistration Passcode from your advisor to complete and submit your preregistration selections. Only your assigned advisor can give you the Preregistration Passcode.
Make your appointments with your advisor early! Not all advisors will be available the last day to meet with you.
Don’t wait until the last day to do your preregistration, the program gets bogged down and has been known to break.
You cannot sign up for Independent Study, Senior Thesis or Research during preregistration. You must complete a drop/add or Independent Study form and submit to the Registrar’s Office. These are created individually and require subtitles and signatures.
Pay attention to any prerequisites courses might have.
You must have a PIN to preregister for any course with the COI (Consent of Instructor) or COD (Consent of Department) designation.
It is a good idea to take a copy of the completed worksheet, (available on the preregistration webpage), with you to your advising session. You should also keep a copy of this until your receive the results of your preregistration.
You may pick up a copy of the printed 2014-15 Course Schedule in the Registrar’s Office.
Be sure to use ALL 80 points!
You may view your preregistration results on Wednesday, April 9th.
All changes to your schedule must be made in the Registrar’s Office on drop/add forms once the preregistration program has been run and you have received your results.
