Fellow Mentoring & Training

PIFP Fellows are paired with experienced alumni mentors, who provide guidance and counsel to Fellows throughout the term of their fellowships. In addition, PIFP and its mentors sponsor several training opportunities each year for Fellows. These events are part of our commitment to our host organizations, to ensure that their Fellows get a strong foundation as they begin their tenure in the nonprofit sector.

“I’m involved with PIFP on a number of levels. I know a mentor would have been helpful to me my first year out of college, so I want to provide this service to someone.”
