College Directory Changes

Suggestion/Problem/Idea:

We should adjust the way changes are made to the College directory. Currently, once a year we are asked to email the Dean's Office with changes. However, there seems to be difficulty in getting the changes actually made in the directory. Could these go into a system that allows review and implementation of change without going through one staff member's email?

Update/Resolution:

This initiative was forwarded to the Cabinet and was resolved in the following manner:

Sandi will work with the Dean's Office and IT to create a more efficient and effective way to make changes in directory information.  Jane and Dave will also consider other ways to provide information online.
