Suggestion/Problem/Idea:
When important decisions on campus are announced, as a general rule we should include a statement about who made that decision (whether the president, a committee, the cabinet, etc.) This could improve transparency and help the campus understand who decides what, and also make clear who they should ask if they have questions, etc.
