Attaching a receipt should be your last step after filling in the description and FOAP information.
To do that, you will look for “Manage Receipt Images” in the lower right-hand corner of the main reconciliation screen and click on it.
From here, click on “Upload New Image” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Click on the “Browse” button to find your saved receipt and then click on “Upload File.”
This is a listing of all of your transactions. Click on the one (or ones) that the uploaded receipt applies to, then click “Save” in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. You have just attached your receipt!
You can keep the “Receipt Image Management” window (see below) open while you are reconciling other charges in order to attach documents as you go along.
