CC Facts is a reference document providing commonly requested descriptive data on the institution in an interactive dashboard format. The interactive dashboards allow users to easily browse available data using dropdown menus to customize the view. Broad areas currently included are Admission, Enrollment, Undergraduate Graduation and Retention, Financial Aid, Instructional Faculty, Staff, Athletics, and Finance. Each section includes sub-categories related to the topic, listed under the descriptions of the headings below.
Additionally, the Office of Institutional Planning and Effectiveness is in the process of developing additional sections to the CC Facts Page including sections on Advancement, Immersive Learning and Off-Campus Study, Student Outcomes, and Facilities.

This section includes five years of data on undergraduate fall applicants, admitted students and enrollees (matriculants), including gender and ethnicity by first-year or transfer status, as well as 25th – 75th percentile SAT/ACT test scores for undergraduate enrollees. This section provides data on cost of attendance for the typical student by academic year including break outs of tuition, fees, estimated expenses, and percent change in cost of attendance. Additionally, trends on average net price, average need-based aid awards as a percent of cost of attendance and tuition discount rate by year are available here. This section includes five years of interactive data on enrolled students by gender, ethnicity, enrollment type, home region, and year, as of the October 15 census date. This section provides data on undergraduate first-to-second year retention rates (the percent of entering first-year students still enrolled as of the October 15 census date of their sophomore year) graduation rates in four, five, and six-years, and number of completions by academic year and major. Included here are faculty headcounts as of November 1 by gender, ethnicity, rank, tenure status, age distribution, and academic year, based on reporting categories used by the Department of Education, including our Riley Scholars-in-Residence, as of November 1. Also included are average salaries by rank for assistant, associate, and full professors, as reported to the American Association of University Professors (AAUP).
