Cashier's Office
Welcome to the Colorado College Cashier's Office
The Cashier's Office is located in Armstrong Hall, Room 219, part of the Student Account's Office.
The Cashier accepts:
- Departmental deposits and student organization deposits. All checks and cash should be presented in a sealed bag with a deposit slip OR in an envelope with the proper Banner codes. Deposit bags and envelopes are available in Armstrong Hall, Room 219.
- Student account payments
- Traffic fine payments
- Summer session deposits
- Payment for special department functions (when approved between the Department and the Student Accounts Manager). Most departmental fees are collected within the department for better tracking.
Payment methods accepted are:
- Cash
- Checks
- Money Orders
- Cashier's Checks
- Traveler's Checks
Payments/deposits are accepted during regular business hours, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Any payments/deposits collected after 3:00pm may be posted the next business day.
Any payments/deposits made before 8:30am and after 5:00pm should be placed in the drop box located on the 2nd floor balcoony West of Armstrong Hall and will be posted the next business day.
