The Master Calendar: overview of dates and deadlines for major projects (e.g., tenure, promo, salary evaluations...)
Chairs and Dean Meeting Form: to be filled out prior to meeting between Chairs and Dean each Fall.

Salary Information Memo: from the Dean regarding faculty evaluations and salary recommendations.
Faculty Self Evaluation Form: for each faculty member to complete for their annual self-evaluation.
Chair Faculty Evaluation Salary Form: for each chair to complete when evaluating each faculty member and suggesting salary recommendations.
|Tenure Promotion Letters:||
The Dean's office will send these letters to all students and alummi taught or advised by the candiadates since their last review. Alternatively, departments may send these letters if they wish. Contact Pam Leutz for more information.
Student Tenure Letters: standard template letter to be sent to students and alumni requesting comments during a tenure review.
Student Third Year Letters: standard template letter to be sent to students and alumni requesting comments during a third-year review.
Advisee Questionnaire: standard template letter to be sent to advisees of faculty member undergoing tenure and promotion reviews.

Block Visitor Contract Request Form: request for block visitors to be submmitted to Dean's office.
Year Long Visitor Contract Request Form: request for year-long visitors to be submmitted to Dean's office.
|Request for New or Renewed Tenure-Track Positions:||
Application for Tenure Track Positions: request a new tenure-track form (Dean's office) or for renewal of positions vacated through resignation or retirement

Sample Course Schedule: sample of course schedule form to be filled out for next year's teaching schedule.
Staff-Annual Planning & Evaluation Form: annual form for evaluating staff.
Employee 90 Day Review: form for new staff being reviewed after 90 days.
