Conferences can be held on campus from June through early August and it is never too early to begin the planning process. Please see the Conference Planning Timeline to better understand the planning process.

During the conference planning process, you will work directly with Conference Services and we will work with other departments on campus to ensure you have the facilities, resources, and supplies necessary to make your conference successful. Dining |

Rastall Dining Hall in the Worner Student Center serves as the main dining area for conference guests. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, meals are served cafeteria-style with many options at each meal. Dining services are provided by Bon Apetit food service, which prides itself on using fresh, authentic ingredients. Audio Visual |

Information Technology |

Information Technology Services at Colorado College seeks to ensure participants are able to fulfill their computing needs while at their conference. Additionally, computer labs with a variety of programs are available for conference use. Please review the links below to explore the computing options at CC. |

Events services provides a variety of classroom and banquet set up options to create the perfect conference setting. |
Transportation |
|
We offer Transportation as a part of our conference services. If you are coming from the Denver International Airport or the Colorado Springs Airport and are needing transportation not associated with Conferences. Shuttle Information From the Denver International Airport you have the option of the Colorado Springs Shuttle. Click here to go to their website. You can also call them at 719.687.3456 or 877.587.3456. From the Colorado Springs Airport you have a number of options. Click here to see them. You can either rent a car by the hour (Connect by Hertz), or for a longer period according to you conference need. Click here to make reservations. |
Central Services |
| Central Services handles mail, printing, and copying services. The post office is located on the lower level of Worner Campus Center, where you may purchase stamps, parcel post, overnight mail, and UPS services. This post office is open 8 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. on weekdays.
The Central Services main office is located at 815 North Tejon Street and is the main offset printing and copy center. Printing and copying are available from 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. weekdays for conference guests. |
Additional Services |

Colorado College offers additional services for conference planners to provide an enhanced conference experience for participants, including recreational facility costs and use of the Baca Campus.
