CREATE
CREATE matches Colorado College students with Mann Middle School girls to engage in creative, imaginative and experiential activities. The goal is to help the girls find a passion and through this passion build self-confidence. Activities will take place on the Colorado College campus using the College's available resources. Potential Activities include book making, yoga, dance, song writing/poetry, music, painting, photography, pottery, jewelry making, and weaving.
Create intends to establish a safe and inspiring atmosphere that encourages personal exploration. We will work as a large group, as well as in small groups to give the girls both individual attention and the opportunity to work with their peers.
