"...Game Club is much more than playing games.  Volunteers become role models, mentors and older brothers and sisters to the children who teach the concept of sharing and the importance of sportsmanship. It is great to walk into the classroom and feel the energy of the children explode because college students have set aside an hour every week to play with them and provide them with the individual attention that they may not receive otherwise."

"It is the most rewarding "break time" every week from the craziness that is CC and its Block Plan. Seeing those kids literally jumping with joy when you walk in gives you the best feeling ever. They know you're there to devote your time only to them by playing super awesome games and they couldn't be happier, which then makes you feel the greatest."
