Barnes Lab

• Equipment: 26 Windows Computers, Smartboard, Projector, Scanner.
• Hours: 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Mon.-Thurs., Fri.8 a.m.-5 p.m., Sat.&Sun. Noon-4 p.m.

CAT Lab

The CAT (Computers and Advanced Technologies) Open Use Lab is the place anyone on campus can work on digital projects.

• 2 video digitization stations
• 1 CD/DVD multi-duplicator
• 1 high-speed duplexing color scanner

Satellite Labs

To provide easier access to specialized software packages, we have several satellite labs on campus, which consist primarily of "thin clients." These thin machines use less power and last longer, so are more sustainable. From them, you can 

• Quickly view web-based content
• Connect to "terminal server" computers, which allow you to 
• Print PDFs, documents, presentations and spreadsheets 
• Use specialized software programs

Departmental labs are generally only for majors, minors and students currently enrolled in a class in that department. Check with the department to find out for sure!
