Cornerstone Media Classrooms

The Cornerstone Media Classrooms are located on the third floor of Cornerstone Arts Center. Both classrooms provide specilized software and are dedicated to courses integrating digital media. If you need to reserve the lab, please contact Emily Blakely. She will coordinate your reservation with the Registrar Office and will document your reservation on the the public Lab Reservation system.

Cornerstone Media Classroom - North

The North Classroom is an all Mac computer lab dedicated for teaching media related courses. From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. the classroom is specifically dedicated to the class scheduled in the lab. After 5 p.m. the lab is available to the public for use. If you need to reserve the lab after 5 p.m. for club use, please contact Emily Blakely. 

Location: Cornerstone Arts Center third floor, room 415

    • 18 iMacs
    • 1 scanner
    • 1 color Epson printer (appointment required)
  • Software:
    • Adobe Creative Suite 6, Production Premium: After Effects, Audition, Flash, Illustrator, Media Encoder, Premiere, Photoshop
    • Isadora (3-D light projection)
    • Apple Compressor
  • Classroom Hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. 
  • Off-Hours for public use 5 p.m. - Midnight, Monday - Friday
  • Weekend hours will depend on each block

Cornerstone Media Classroom - South

The South Classroom is an all Mac computer lab dedicated for teaching courses in the film & new media program. This lab is closed to the public. Only those registered for a film & new media course are allowed access. However, if you have taken a film & new media course or are working on a special project that requires access to the equipment and software in the lab, please contact Emily Blakely.

    • Avid Media Composer 6
    • Adobe Production Premium Suite 6: After Effects, Audition, Flash, Illustrator, Media Encoder, Premiere, Photoshop

  • Classroom Hours, specific to each film & new media course scheduled in lab
  • Off-Hours for public use: not available
  • Weekend hours and support will depend on each block
