EARLY VOTING ENCOURAGED

The polling place for students who plan to vote on November 4 and are registered under their campus address is Slocum Hall (Precinct 386). VOTERS MUST PRESENT IDENTIFICATION. FOR STUDENTS, A CC ID IS AN ACCEPTABLE FORM OF ID. (See the Election Department website for other acceptable forms of ID.) Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
REGISTRATION VERIFICATION
If you have not received confirmation of your voter registration, contact the Election Department immediately at 719-520-6226 or 719-575-VOTE. You also can verify your voter registration online at the Secretary of State office.
STUDYING THE BALLOT ISSUES
This election is about more than choosing a new president. In addition to Congressional and County candidates, the ballot includes numerous initiatives. Please be sure to research candidates and ballot questions in advance. You can find a 'blue book', or State Ballot Information Booklet, and a list of all of the 2008 Colorado candidates online at the Secretary of State website. The American Civil Liberties Union of Colorado and the Colorado League of Women Voters also offer ballot guides.
