Lecture: "Lincoln as Educator" by Steven SmithSteven Smith is a professor of political science at Yale University and is a recognized Lincoln scholar and student of modern political thought. Smith has taught at Yale since 1984 and is the Alfred Cowles Professor of Political Science and has been Master of Branford College since 1996. Sponsored by the political science department as part of its lecture series in observance of the 200th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln’s birthday.
