Seeing a movie is the ultimate in voyeurism: we watch, from a darkened room, as strangers experience personal devastation, spectacular triumphs, impossible intimacies. This film and discussion series will trace the uneasy relationship between spectator and object, examining the act of voyeurism as depicted in both comic and dramatic cinema.
