To the Campus Community,

We are aware that there are severe performance problems when using Outlook for most of you who have been cut over to the new network (constant popups saying "trying to connect to dc2…" and slowdowns when composing emails to the point that Outlook is essentially not useable.

This issue is one of our top priorities and we're working as hard as we can to resolve it.

In the meantime, we recommend you use Outlook Web Access (i.e., email via the CC website) since it is working just fine. You can access Outlook Web Access here: https://securemail.coloradocollege.edu and log on with your normal CC username and password.

Thanks for your patience and yes, we do see the irony of notifying you of an email problem via email. =)
