Greetings!
The network upgrade project is currently underway, and we wanted to let you know that technicians will be around in your building on Thursday, March 1st and Friday, March 2nd. The technicians will be installing brand new UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) hardware in cloests which contain network gear in your building.
No downtime is expected with these installations, but we wanted to make you aware of what's happening. If downtime does occur in your building during these times, please call the Help Desk immediately to let us know x6449 - it most likely means a circuit breaker was accidentally tripped during the installation and the network should be back up momentarily.
Just to be sure, we recommend extra care in saving your documents during two days in case an accident happens.
