Subject: Update on Network issues
To the Campus Community,
We're making steady progress on solving issues related to the Great Server Migration, and wanted to give you a brief update on what we're focusing on trying to fix at the present time:
* Emails are bouncing back with delay notifications or notices that you do not have permission to send
* Scanning from networked copiers to the internal file exchange
* Issues with some library servers (Millenium, etc.)
* Performance problems with the internet and some network-based applications
* Blackberries are not receiving email
* Cash registers are having some issues
* Some faculty webpages are not loading for folks who are accessing them from off campus
* Wireless access is down at 1131 N. Cascade
We're working hard to resolve these and all issues as they come up and will keep you posted.
