- Reserves – Circulation Desk
Who May Borrow
Only Colorado College students, faculty, staff, administration, dependents, and alumni.
The library’s licensing agreement does not allow checkout privileges to patrons outside the Colorado College community.
Circulation Policies
- DVDs and Laser discs – Circulation Desk: may not be browsed but do circulate outside the library .
- Videos – 1st Floor North: videos may be browsed and circulate outside the library.
- Videos – Circulation Desk: videos may not be browsed but do circulate outside the library.
- Reserves – Circulation Desk: videos may not be browsed and do not circulate outside the library. Videos have a 3 hour checkout and must be watched in the library.
Loan Periods
- Students – 2 video limit with 24 hr checkout.
- Faculty – 10 video limit with 3 week checkout.
- Staff – 2 video limit with 24 hr checkout.
- Alumni – 2 video limit with 24 hr checkout.
Renewals
Audio-visual materials may not be renewed.
Returning Materials
Audio-visual materials may be returned to the Circulation Desk or to the book drop on the west side of the library.
Overdues and Fines
Students are fined $3.00 per day for each overdue video and immediate block of all circulation privileges.
Searching Audio-Visual Materials
Audio-visual materials may be searched in the TIGER catalog in the same manner as other library materials. You may limit your search to the Audio/Video portion of the catalog.
