Self-Assessments | We invite and encourage faculty to schedule a class visit by Mark Morgenstern by emailing or calling (x8289). Please include the preferred date, time, and location for the visit. The brief introduction to the QR Center lasts less than five minutes and covers the resources available to students from the department (i.e. professors, paraprofessionals, peer tutors) and from the QR Center. Academic support of students through tutoring is the primary role of the QR Center, with additional services such as consultation on time management, study skills, and minimizing test anxiety available as well. Faculty who are teaching courses that involve quantitative reasoning
are encouraged to email
their syllabus to the QR Director, Mark Morgenstern, at the beginning of the block. Please check
to see if the textbook for your course is available in the QR Center;
its presence is greatly appreciated by tutors and students alike.
