719-227-8285 Phone • When requesting an accommodation, you must submit appropriate documentation in a timely manner. The coordinator of Disability Services and the learning consultant will review the documentation and evaluate the request for accommodation. Accommodations will be implemented where appropriate. • You may appeal a decision concerning accommodation to the Office of the Dean or the Office of Student Life who may consult with the College’s ADA Review Board. Any such appeal must be submitted in writing. • Please keep a copy of your documentation for your personal records.
